On this week’s episode, I’m talking to one of my dearest friends, Amber Natasha. Amber and I both served together in the early 2000’s onboard the U.S.S. BENFOLD (DDG-65). She was always someone I knew I could confide in – one of the few people I trusted. She and I would hang out on the ship’s smoke deck and open up to each other. Now, she and I have both turned to cannabis (and a dark sense of humor) to help us manage the trauma we experienced.
